I have been a patient of the Redlands Clinic for over 15 years. I have one Doctor who I consider my family Doctor, but have see some of the others, as well. I have been impressed with them all. They are through, and professional. When calling I have had to wait on hold a number of times, but there is a good reason for this. The staff is polite and tries to help as much as they can. So they may just be providing great service to the person already on the phone. Just another price you pay for great customer service. I rather not have to go to the doctor, but if I do I'm glad the Redlands Clinic is there. Doctors great, nursing staff great, clerical staff great. First time I felt like I have a real family doctor in a long time. I'm careful with my money, and try not to waste it. They don't bulk bill and are a bit on the expensive side, but worth every penny.

Modern facilities with a general practice medical centre and a range of specialist suites. Good parking despite being very busy.

I called and the lady/receptionist who picked up put me on hold for over 4 mins. I hung up won't bother with poor customer service 🙃
