Huge inside with lots of curated sections. Some items were a bit pricey just comparing from a lighting shop with cool well priced mirrors then coming here. It does seem like their name is appropriate as The Importer.
We have been customers of this store previously and found the experience a good one. Today we went into the store, no other customers were there. While I acknowledge that the staff member said hello, I noted that she was engrossed on her phone. While in the store we were not approached to see if we needed assistance. We were looking for a dining set chair. I approached the sales staff that were whispering to one another making us feel uncomfortable, and I asked if we could purchase the chairs on display. We were abruptly informed that the chairs were not for sale. We decided to leave. 15 minutes later we were in another store where there was direct contrast to our earlier experience. Even though the display chairs were the last in stock, at least this store was willing to sell them. We spent over $1000 in the second store.
Oh my god, just the most awesome place, customer service is excellent
Purchased a 2 seater lounge and 2 x Hampton plastic chairs. Lounge was on special and was floor stock. Delivery was smooth and efficient - worth taking a look. Happy customer
Love these ladies, Great Customer service even though they were extremely busy and rushed off their feet. They did all they could to accommodate us and that was refreshing. I Highly Recommend this Business and their Products.

This place is very hit and miss depending on what they have at the time. It used to be better with lots of useful small baskets and containers etc. The staff could be friendlier too; try giving browsers a greeting instead of talking amongst themselves as if a person hasn't just walked in.
Fantastic customer service. The sales assistant had a great attitude, and also told us how to locate the Launceston store.
Great place to shop. Prices are great. Good variety. Everything you need for your home.
