Amazing put an order in online and it was ready same day. Love the service and the friendly staff, they don't rush you when your browsing. They are very informative with the goods in the store and if they aren't too sure they find out for you. Awesome little store. Shope local best way to go. I always do. Check it out for some amazing specials they have. Got these two at half price
Great service, very helpful salesman.
The best service I ever had. Friendly helpful and if they have not got it they will do their best to get it or tell you where to find it. I drive 160km round trip to go to their store. We do have a local one in our town, but they are useless. The Burnie one is by far the best in the NW of Tas.

Great place to shop. Got a great bargain on a fridge. Staff are very helpful. Much rather support a local business. We need to keep these little businesses going or the likes of Harvey Norman have a monopoly
All of the staff were excellent. They were friendly, polite and helpful. I measured my fridge space incorrectly which was obviously my fault and the staff kindly assisted with finding a fridge that would fit the space, came and collected the fridge that didn't fit and replaced it with one that did. They even helped me unpack it and put it into the hole for the fridge. I received fantastic service and I will definitely go back!
Friendly staff and fantastic deals. Delivered the new fridge the same afternoon, set the new fridge up and took the old one away. Couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend them.
Excellent technicians - honest, efficient, proficient. Don't be put off by the 'suffer no fools' receptionist.
