I've only ever bought parts for my car and haven't used their repair services but I'm really happy with how they go the extra mile to dispense information and help you understand how to wire up the parts. The main guy who works the counter (who I'm assuming is the owner) is one of the last of a dying breed of business people who not only have knowledge and experience in their work but also enjoys their job.
