Ordered a new key for my Calais, never heard back from them until I rang to find out what was happening. Then told again some1 will get back to me, never happened again until I rang them again to find out that they have changed the keys because of the button battery and won't be available until the end of October. So since August I've only just been told this information only because I had to ring them twice when they told me that some1 will contact me as soon as they order it, which never happened.
Great service by the team. Went out of their way for me to have my car returned as I couldn't drive. Good price. Highly recommended.

Arrived with a problem car, needing help. Marcus, owner, went out of his way to get the ball rolling. The service team, led by Demi and Travis, bent over backwards to solve our problems. Issues identified that same day and safely continued on with our holiday. We cannot thank Motors Tas P/L and its staff enough.
Very lazy service, every time. After purchasing our car new from Devonport Motors we unfortunately have to take it to Burnie Motors for services and all the warranty issues as it was the closest store. One service the oil was only half filled and the latest service they didn’t give us the complimentary vehicle clean that they told us comes with the new car warranty, they also didn’t fill out the lot books. We left the log books with them to be filled out and posted to us thought they lost the original log books and we are still waiting for a replacement close to 4 months later. Every time we call someone is either out or knows nothing about it. New car warranty also means nothing if you live to far from the dealers as it doesn’t include tow truck returns. We will never buy another Holden or new car again.
After many months of search for the right new vehicle for myself, I wandered into Motors Burnie to meet by the most polite young man Jesse. We talked over several weeks about my exact needs, and Jesse was extremely understanding and thorough in assisting me in finding my new Holden Trax! I had had some pretty negative experiences at other car dealerships so i knew Jesse was genuine in the way he worked for me to meet my needs and not just to sell a car. Everytime I had a query he was fast to reply with accurate information. Everytime I went to the showroom all the team were welcoming, fun, warm, and genuine in their desire to help me. It felt like a close family atmosphere, which made making this decision so much easier. Then my brand new Trax arrived earlier than anticipated and on the day I picked it up, again I met more of the Team in the service department, who again were warm, caring, understanding and offered all levels of help I may need. Usually making a large decision like this is stressful, but due to the friendly team at Motors it became a joy and quite fun to go to see them, or talk with them over the phone. I am extremely grateful that Jesse and the team listened to my needs and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was happy with my choice. My trax is amazing! It is hands above every other SUV of other brands and has so many helpful features with easy use and very easy to learn to use. I truly could not be an happier with my Trax, the team, and the manner in which I was treated. It is a credit to Motors Burnie to have such a great crew, along with wonderful vehicles. I recommend everyone to go there for many reasons, integrity being the highest standard. I thank you all for your help, warmth, laughs, and making my decision easy and the right one. Kudos to you all!

I have been waiting for a warranty issue since July 2019 on my new Colorado.Plus another warranty issue from mid last year.Not even a phone call from service department.I cant see them being here much longer.
