What a fantastic store!! The staff are amazing and very knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Always looked after in timely and professional manner. Burnie is so lucky to have a local store such as this! Well done Leading Edge Electronics

Their Customer Service is pathetic, you get spoken to like dirt, ask for a refund on a product that does not match the product description, well that's when things get interesting. Hand Held Portable Digital TV, to me that means you should be able to use the TV in any area of your home, especially when you have excellent TV reception in your area. Well move out of the lounge, reception is gone. Leading Edge's response- that's my problem. TV works in the lounge room, so its in working order, works when plugged into an external aerial, so it works, just because you cant get any reception in other areas of your house, that's not a product issue. Sorry no refund. I have called Consumer Affairs as well as ACCC, The ACCC clearly stated that this product fails under Match Description and I am entitled to a refund, however Leading Edge feel they are above the Australian Consumer Laws and can do what they want. WARNING: NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AS YOU WILL GET TREATED LIKE DIRT UNDER THEIR SHOES, ALL STAFF WILL GANG UP ON YOU AND WILL GET SPOKEN TO SO ARROGANTLY BY STAFF MEMBERS.

All ways willing to help but take your credit card. They do sell some dodgy products like dashcams. And unfamiliar brand names in stereos.

Awesome to have such a well-stocked shop locally. The staff are very knowledgeable and keen to hear what you're working on and how they can help. Was originally going to use online resources for my project but their prices are very competitive and, again, the folks there know their stuff!
