I had an outstanding experience at Target Burnie, all thanks to Marcus, the cashier! From the moment I approached his register, his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. He was quick, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth checkout process. Not only was Marcus incredibly polite, but he also took the time to engage in pleasant conversation, which made the whole shopping experience so much more enjoyable.nnWhat really stood out, though, was when he noticed I had some breakable items in my cart. Marcus took the initiative to organize a cardboard box and added some padding to ensure everything would stay safe on the way home. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional customer service these days, and Marcus truly made my day! Thanks again, Marcus!
Travelled from Devonport because no one would answer the phone in any department for over 1 and a 1/2 hours to be told they couldn't do an exchange on an item I purchased on the weekend. Even though it was in excellent condition. I picked up a king quilt when I should have got a super king. Yes, it's my fault I didn't have the receipt even though I purchased through afterpay and showed them all of this, just not what was on the actual receipt. Management cohl
Can never fault this store, always clean and tidy, usually has plenty of stock today there was lack of some stock but covid has sorted this no fault of this store. Staff I've always found to be very helpful. Good location with two entries. So easy and accessible. Wheelchair friendly.
Always a pleasure to shop here. Good stock range, and some great specials. Keep an eye out for the catalogues for bargain buys. Would have been 5 stars, but having to pay to park to do your shopping here is a bit of a downer. But then again, nowhere free to park in Burnie anyway.
Big target plenty of choice. Friendly staff the day we were there,being a Sunday morning it was quiet, so nice and relaxing. Parking at the rear of the shop but it's a paid car park, but not too expensive.
