Took elderly Dad in to intersport one month ago. Staff member was lovely, took details as shoes were not in stock. Dad has been calling for 3 weeks and cannot speak to anyone or leave a message. This is poor business practice, sorry.
Went here today the guys in there were amazing with service very friendly and respectful and great range of products products I recommend this store highly I will shop here again for sure thanks guys your a credit to this shop keep up your great attitude and great customer service im a very happy customer
We walked in off the street & ask for some assistance with some exercise equipment, we were greeted by a staff member that was absolutely helpful with finding us the right piece of equipment for our needs! We were extremely impressed & great full as we've had a bad experience with a similar store & they weren't helpful i n anyway shape or form. We done to Intersport Burnie & training your staff with customer service
The staff are very helpful and not pushy like some stores. Prices are great and awesome range of clothing and footwear. The staff don't jump on you either when you walk in the door. They acknowledge you and let you know they are there for any help. I like that in a store and don't like being pressured. Shop here all the time. Awesome store and awesome staff
Terrible service I understand that I came in late in the day. However Ethan Johnstone was rude and basically pushed me out of the door as he wanted to close
A good sports store with variety but not as much as SportsPower Burnie.

Best quality shoes on the coast, everything is great quality, I just think more kids clothes is necessary. Friendly staff.
