Really friendly staff. And They will try all the possibilities to get you a better deal. If you doesn’t want to wait simply tell them you are in a rush and get what you wanted and go.
Useless, this is the reason why I’ve opted out of Telstra. Not only is the call centre operators useless, but so is the customer service at the Telstra shop in Burnie. Both assistants looking at a new phone, both knew I was standing there. Most likely quicker to go to another shop ie shiploads, or another phone shop. The risk is that the cord and recharge brick will be second rate, but at least your not dealing with morons.
Imagine walking in to a retail space, that specifically is in the business to sell telecommunications, only to find that you can't actually buy a mobile device outright Harvey Norman was more than happy to facilitate my request. Now, besides not being able to purchase a device outright and having to weather the upsale-pitch to an exorbitant 24 month plan, the customer service here is below dismal. I have never walked in to a shop where I've been greeted by a service attendant who logs me in to a 'que' on their tablet, asks me to take a seat and wait while im the sole customer in the store. A company that has got complacent in its monopoly of an industry.
We experienced absolutely wonderful service from Ash today! Very helpful and most importantly, patient!!! I would recommend anyone wanting a new phone to see him.
Sold a Smart watch that was not compatible with the phone I had.The sales person did not check to see if it was compatible. Only found out after paying for it and would not refund me.After 2 weeks contacting Telstra head office I got a complete refund for poor service

I went into the Telstra store in Burnie with some phone issues. They couldn't have been more helpful and kind, with follow up happily given when further help was needed. I'll definitely be making them my go-to store!! It's so nice to actually have great service. Shout out to Tom and the store manager!
