3.5 stars Lovely shoe shop, great variety,  service wasn't perfect had new girl working haven't had her before,  prefer the regular staff  other than that no other complaints.

I walked in, bought a pair of shoes, and walked out. It was that simple because three years ago I walked in after trying a lot of other places, received expert and attentive service, walked out with the perfect shoe for my needs from a great range that nobody else had, and proceeded to wear them every day for three years of excellent comfort and durability. I wore them out eventually, though, and got the same thing today. Service was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and understanding, and they had what I needed. I'll be back. In three years, probably.

To be honest, I hate shoe shopping and only buy when I have to. However, yesterday I walked in ready for the usual disappointment. I came out completely satisfied with my purchase.  But more importantly than my purchase was the customer service I received. I was privileged to have the owner, an older gentleman who I'm told is in his 90's supervise my shoe fitting. The young lady who served was courteous and helpful and together they made a great team. Thank you so much, I wore my boots hiking today and they are great. I only wish there were my stores like this one.
