I am so happy with the friendly, Efficient service I recieve from these folks!nI Also overheard a Female Staff Members secretly Helping An Elderly Man Pay for His Groceries at the checkout with her own money, due to his Card declining.. it was a very kind gesture and made Me personally feel Greatful and hopeful that there are still wonderful sincire people in the world!
Often times I visit this coles, I have come to notice a elderly lady that works the self checkout counter openly rude and frankly racist to people of colour. I have tried to ignore it, but today she was muttering something behind my back. This is unacceptable in this day and age. Management needs to evaluate and retrain staff if this is deemed acceptable.
Tried 5 times ringing the store Saturday morning letting the phone ring for a least 5 minutes each time. No answer. I know they were not busy, because I only left there 10 min earlier. Do people who work there not know what a phone is or how to answer it? Worst customer service ever. Coles needs to give their staff training on 1. How to answer a phone. 2. Customer service.
Love the size and great taste of your 12 tray pack croissants - such good value. Always have some in my freezer.
Small store like an IGA with limited stock. 3 times when I’ve gone to use self checkout I’ve been told by Coles employee to use worker checkout. Thought it should be my choice unless the self checkout is closed off !
