An excellent smaller Coles. I shop there often & can buy most things I need. Has some excellent specials. The staff are always friendly and helpful.nnA lot of the reviews mention parking. If you put your docket in the machine you don't have to pay. If you don't want to do that, there is usually lots of street parking which you may have to pay for. This is Burnie, it's not a big place.
Coles delivery driver somehow managed to deliver to the wrong house. Called customer service who were awful, she kept putting me on hold for twenty minutes. No apology at all for their idiotic mistake. Won't be shopping with Coles again .
Did a recent shop at Coles Burnie with only a fixed budget amount to spend, was very impressed with the young lady called Holly at the checkout for her excellent customer service in assistance, patience & kindness in achieving my fixed shop which included some rainchecks I had, she is so lovely, and a very big asset to Coles. Thanks Holly. Mary
I've been travelling all around Australia for almost two years, and this is the only Coles where you have to pay to park, even if you stay for one minute. Moreover, I walked five minutes to find the entrance.
The only Coles in whole Australia with no free parking yes, it’s free for the first 90min but only if you spend over 10$! we were only passing through the city and needed to buy few things, wouldn’t have spent 10$ so not worth to stop since we had to pay the parking.
