The team at Harvey Norman Burnie were amazing. Their alternative courier wasn't going to drop my washing machine off without me being home even though they had done so before with a fridge, so I missed out on receiving my delivery on the expected date. However, Kate worked with her team in order to get it to me the following day. Her team from the goods inwards/receiving area drove out, picked up my washing machine which was still at their alternative courier's depot and dropped it to my place, all unpacked and ready to go. Thanks heaps! Works really well too.
Ovens damaged, when picked up.nVery poor service from salesman, was told by Simon they could not offer me anything else for the same price, tried to upsell more expensive items and told me to deliver back to them.nnSpoke to Andrew the manager, very similar result would not accept responsibility for there damaged products. This took hours for them to come up with a solution.nnAlso went to the storage warehouse and witnessed multiple appliances stacked up with no shelving very unprofessional and potentially the reason for receiving multiple damaged items from Harvey Norman Burnie.nnBetta Electrical Devonport and Ulverstone are the places to go!

Just I am very unhappy right now about PS5 game that I pre-ordered weeks ago. It is out today but Harvey Norman forgot the game in Devonport Warehouse. so I can't pick it up and play.
Bought washing machine online. Was constantly kept updated about arrival and pick up, which only took about 2 weeks, which was consistent with what I was told when my order was placed. On delivery day, I contacted Dane instore to get an estimated time frame. He was SO very polite and helpful. Called me back within 5 minutes to let me know delivery time. Dane did what he said he would do and did it very courteously. In a time when it's often dfficult to get through directly to big businesses, let alone speak to a helpful human, I have been chuffed with HN Burnie service. They have always been helpful imo. Well done.
