Well stocked store with heaps of specials. Was a little messy, but that comes with the clearance at this time of year. Friendly staff and enough in each department. Always pays to be a spotlight member and keep an eye out for deals.
Has a great variety for house hold but terrible when returning a faulty item. Took 1/2 hour to get my refund and the very young manager didn't understand how a broken screw was still in the hole. Very frustrating.
Online order, received my Russell Hobb multicooker today, missing the other item I ordered and paid for. It a shame when staff can’t pick and pack only 2 items.
Very disappointed with the balloons I ordered for my son's birthday. I ordered to be picked up the day before the party, by the next morning not even 24 hours later they had sunk to the ground and couldn't be used. I called the store who told me normal helium only lasts 8 hours and I should have paid more for better helium to last longer. It would be nice to be told that when ordering.
