Excellent customer care and fabulous collection for your everyday home decor needs! Always love a visit on my days off so I could refresh the home ambience with what's new in the store! Has got massive offers on weekly basis so always get the membership and subscribe to their email flyers. Ample parking and space.

A great shop, fantastic variety, but whichever Spotlight I go to the staff are few and far between. When I do find someone to point me in the right direction or serve me, they often looked tired and overworked. Spotlight - I suggest you treat your people better, then I'd be giving you 5 stars instead of 4.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Price to quality ratio of the products is pretty off-putting sometimes but every now and then you can score a bargain.
It's a chaotic place These days workers run off their feet. Cant find things in shop, basic items no longer available.
I get drawn in by their discounts but find so much more home and craft items in store. Good value shopping
