I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tanja, the discharge planner/social worker who supported my mother during her rehabilitation following a fall. From the very beginning, she showed exceptional professionalism, compassion, and dedication.nTanja took the time to clearly explain the discharge process and all the available options to us, which made a potentially overwhelming situation much more manageable. She organised a family conference to ensure that everyone was on the same page, and facilitated open, respectful communication throughout.nWhat truly stood out was her commitment to finding the most appropriate respite care for my mother’s needs. She didn’t just suggest generic solutions, but instead carefully considered her medical, emotional, and practical needs to ensure a smooth and safe transition.nThanks to Tanja’s support, my mother’s discharge was handled with care and coordination, and our family felt informed and supported every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for her help during a difficult time.nHighly recommended and deeply appreciated.
I was very pleased about the service provided by all the staff including doctors, nurses, catering and cleaning staff. They are very friendly, kind and made my stay very pleasant. I always felt cared for. The meals were tasty and varied every day. I can highly recommend this hospital.

Their personalised approach and consistent support helped me each day.nnThe facilities are nice, clean and thoughtfully designed to support comfort and healing. Whether it was my room, the physio areas, or the shared spaces, everything was well maintained and welcoming.nnThe level of care and attention received exceeded all expectations. My mum was admitted to Hills Private hospital for rehab for 2 weeks. With one phone call to them, they processed the assessment and offered her a bed. From the admission to discharge, they demonstrated high standards of professionalism in the way they coordinated and made things easier for us.nnHouse Officer Dr. Ali and Geriatrician Dr. Dino Benito took very good care of my mum's health conditions. Thank you to you bothnnI also need to thank nursing staff although there was no consistency in nurses that cared for mum, most of the nurses whether they are permanent staff, trainees or on work placement, provided best of care to mum. They were prompt in responding, polite and demonstrated high quality of empathy.nOur special thanks to Brian, Durga, Dilpreet and Nicole from nursing staff and house keeping/ cleaning services.nnOur Mum enjoyed her stay there with your special care for her. I recently finished my nursing placement at The Hills Private Hospital and had such a great experience. I really want to thank Teresa, the placement facilitator, for all her support and guidance. A big thank you as well to RNs Helene, Durga G, and Nirmala G for being so patient, encouraging, and for teaching me so much during my time there. I’ve learned a lot and felt really supported throughout the placement. Truly grateful for the experience!
