WE ARE A BULK BILLING PRACTICE

Merindah Medical Centre is a purpose built family general practice. Established in May 2015 to transform the health system by providing and promoting health care with a desire to provide the best possible medical care to patients, their families, carers and community at large.

We have qualified doctors with a vast experience in General Practice, Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine and Cosmetology. All our doctors are currently working in the Australian Public Hospital system and in General Practice.

I have been coming to this practice for years, but since it moved it is not the same. I went in to get test results and left in tears after the way I was spoken to by one of their new Dr's. She even used Google to make a diagnosis, and prescribe a medication that made me worse. Its all about the number of patients they can push through in an hour.
I booked an appointment on health engine and turned up to see the place was shut. Called the number a few times and it would not allow me to speak to anyone on their after hours service. extremely annoyed at the inconvenience as i had this appointment booked for 3 days
Terrible follow up service. No sense of responsibility to correct own mistakes if any admin errors occur. Sub-standard care given as walk in, appointments are not much better. Highly suggest going somewhere else and save yourself the wasted time and frustration.
Reception and The doctors are good but the nurse is not customer friendly. She needs to learn to be humble.
Was shocked when asked to pay $2 for non mandatory masks! So much for a caring practice - making a profit out of their patients for an item that is free in most other businesses. Unethical. I have donated 8 masks for future Crestwood patients, - no doubt they will enjoy making more money out of them rather than caring for the health of this community. Meanwhile the place was full of unmasked kids! Rochelle and desk staff were polite and courteous. Such a pity when the practice it replaced was of such high quality.
Very unhappy. Got a $148.50 bill for pathology because the doctor didn’t bother to put Medicare number on pathology request. When I phoned to try to sort it out I was told I would have to make a Telehealth appointment. Medicare should not be charged for a billing enquire.
I have been visiting this medical centre for a while now and I have noticed an evident decline in the service provided. I have been infected with covid in the past 28 days and have sinus issues that are affecting my throat and ear. I have seen another gp who examined me 2 days ago and specifically said these are not covid symptoms and more likely to be a throat/lung infection which needs to be monitored closely. I came to this centre as it is closer and I was in a lot of pain. After waiting for an hour the doctor refused to examine me and sent me home. This is extremely disappointing on a doctors part to turn down a patient in need.
Very bad experience at this place. It’s says they close at 10pm on Saturday and we got there at 8:30pm and the GP refused to see my child. My wife requested and GP response was I am not allowed to work after 9pm even though we got there before 9pm. Very bad and irresponsible GP.
I have been visiting the clinic for few months now and find the service of exceptional quality from the reception to the nurses and ofcourse the Doctors. Dr Sen and Dr Mary have been our go to for any medical concerns of our family. Its a relief to have reliable medical service available and thier timings too are better than other clinics in the vicinity.
Great medical centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Open till late and quite a few doctors available. Easy to book appointments either online or by phone. Nice and convenient location for me also. Would definitely recommend.
