My family GP. They are prompt and very accommodating. There's always someone to assist even late.

Worst GP service ever. Won't come out to your home even though they state "@homegp". Attempted to use this GP service number of times however they have never actually come out. Was told because of my sons age they won't come another time was told that they only provide pain relief and not medical advice so they can't help. I've been told they will call back after speaking with the doctor only to have no one call back and when I call back hours later they said "oh the doctor doesn't want to drive out that way when you can just go to the hospital". Honestly worst services ever. I thought they point of these was to received GP medical advice after hours that wasn't urgent enough for hospital visits, however every time they can't be bothered to come out and just say go to the hospital.
