No point of making an appointments here.nThey do not update your, reception says they don’t know anything, can’t do much or even communicate with the doctor. All they can see is status is waiting but doctor is still prioritising other patients.nnSo basically no visibility or appreciation that patient is already in worried state and arranged their day have kids to pick up, office to attend.nnAre they helping or making it worse?nnUse this practice as the last resort
My family and I have been regulars since this clinic opened circa 2017. We have seen many doctors during this time, and find that their doctor selection is good. I have some extraordinarily good experiences in recent days with Dr. Evan Jay, Dr. Mirthula and Dr. Delakshe. They go out of their way to ensure they are treating properly and not just doing what the patient asks for. Their judgement is important and that's why we are there! This is my go to Doctor's Surgery for sure!
Most doctors I’ve seen here are good, although Dr Evan has been amazing. Very compassionate care.
I visited this clinic on June 4th. Dr. Delakshe Senthecran was very patient. However, after clearly informing the doctor that I needed gallstone removal surgery, the doctor referred me to a specialist. That specialist, after looking at my referral letter, told me there was nothing he could do because he couldn't perform the surgery and could only refer me to a surgeon who could. The entire visit, from entering his office to leaving, took less than five minutes, and I was charged $350.nnYesterday, I went to see a specialist who could perform the surgery, and he also couldn't understand why my GP referred me to the previous specialist who couldn't perform the surgery. Dr. Delakshe Senthecran could have directly referred me to a surgeon who could perform the procedure. Therefore, I believe it is the GP's responsibility, which caused me to pay $350 for nothing. I can't help but wonder if referring me to the specialist who couldn't perform the surgery brings some special interest to the clinic.
