I visited this clinic on June 4th. Dr. Delakshe Senthecran was very patient. However, after clearly informing the doctor that I needed gallstone removal surgery, the doctor referred me to a specialist. That specialist, after looking at my referral letter, told me there was nothing he could do because he couldn't perform the surgery and could only refer me to a surgeon who could. The entire visit, from entering his office to leaving, took less than five minutes, and I was charged $350.nnYesterday, I went to see a specialist who could perform the surgery, and he also couldn't understand why my GP referred me to the previous specialist who couldn't perform the surgery. Dr. Delakshe Senthecran could have directly referred me to a surgeon who could perform the procedure. Therefore, I believe it is the GP's responsibility, which caused me to pay $350 for nothing. I can't help but wonder if referring me to the specialist who couldn't perform the surgery brings some special interest to the clinic.

Been coming here regularly. Practical no frills GP service. Like a lot of these It’s a minimal expenditure, doctor factory under heavy load, so when you find a good GP, stick with them. Staff change quite a bit but the longer lasting doctors are worth their salt. If I’m in a hurry I just walk in and ask what’s the wait. If they say better to come back at a certain time I will if I can. Bookings are always at least two days lead time, only good for planned visits. It’s also the only way you will get to see the same GP unless you are prepared to sit and wait. Pleasant enough environment. Wear a mask and be mindful in the new financial year costs may have changed so check ahead of time.
I've always found coming to this GP a hassle free experience, the receptionists are always keeping patients updated and letting them know what is happening as best they can. They bulk bill as much as possible which is becoming rarer and rarer. Sometimes delays happen to your appointment, but that will happen everywhere. I try to see the same doctor as much as possible, it is better that way so make sure you book ahead.
