I had an appointment booked with a different doctor and due to a system error it never went through however I showed them the booking confirmation. The reception staff were very helpful and got me in to see Dr Natalie Torbolov as she had an opening instead. I went in and she refused to let me speak about more than a single concern saying they only have 10 minutes even though our appointment was far shorter than that. She said that because I was having a form signed by her she would not put it down as a Medicare appointment so I would have to pay. She then proceeded to ask why I did not go to my regular GP and I responded saying I do not currently have one because it is hard enough to get an appointment with a random GP at the moment, let alone one single doctor. She did not ask how I was or how she can help me, then signed the form and said go to the front. This is not the first bad experience I have had with her and I will never go back to her. Even this time I purposely avoided booking with her because she is rude, not patient orientated and makes you feel like a great inconvenience for expecting her to do her job. I will never ever book with Natalie Torbolov again and I recommend avoiding her if you are booking through this practice. Never had any other issues with the practice except for her.
Dr Natalie, you are not just the worst Dr but also the worst person I’ve met in my entire life. I booked an appointment to see her, I took the day off from work, I was fasting in the morning incase if I need to do some blood test. I explained her what my issue is and what I need her to do for me. Her answer: I’m not taking any new patients Are you serious? I booked online Anyway, I told her what if you don’t do these tests for me and I walk out of here and I die Her answer: I don’t care So she basically said she does not care if I die after seeking for help from her. Not sure if she had a bad day at home or something, but that doesn’t mean she can treat patients like they are nothing and say whatever she wants to them and be so disrespectful. She was so rude and unprofessional, she basically kicked me outta her room and told me that she’s not willing to help me. I’ll suggest who’s visiting this practice to avoid seeing her. Such a waste of time Terrible experience
The Nurse working for Laverty pathology 2/8/22 1:00 pm. Is just terrible!!! She is extremely Slow and rude. The door has been closed with her in the side for over 45 minutes. Then she takes her sweet time between each patients with the door closed approx. 20 minutes between patients. You wouldn't want to be sick or anything. How the hell did she get a ‘job’?
I’ve been coming to this clinic for many years and I generally do have up and down experiences however as of recent I visited a female gp who had the most disgusting attitude and approach. She also tried to argue with me about my Poly Cystic Syndrome diagnosis claiming that I do not have the condition as I have not been diagnosed by a specialist when the condition can be diagnosed through blood tests which I have had done in the past through another clinic and have sought out treatments my whole life for this condition. I initially came in as I am on weight loss journey and I have hit a plateau in weight and noticing not much change as of lately. The fact she undermined my condition and told me to consider weight loss surgery when I do not even meet the criteria for it was horrible on her part. To top it off she said “you really need to change your diet and go exercise” after I literally said that am struggling to lose more weight. The reason why I am here is that I literally do this and don’t see results. It’s extremely frustrating to think that these are considered “health professionals” absolutely rubbish
I have been coming here for many years to see dr wettimuny without any issues. She’s a wonderful caring doctor. My mums doctor was booked out and I was worried about her health so I said let’s book with my doctor which we did! Unfortunately due to an error on their side! We got a call saying our booking was cancelled due to 3 other people booking the SAME appointment and dr wettimuny wasn’t available till next week! I didn’t want my mum waiting a week because she was unwell and if we waited a week she could just her regular doctor. So with huge hesitance I said ok just take the next available doctor! HUGE MISTAKE! She saw doctor Natalie torbolov. I had seen her once and found her very cold and impatient I asked her to print out some blood tests and she said why? Why do you need them? I just told you your results! Just didn’t sit well with me! I never saw her again. My mum walked out frazzled stressed and anxious due to Natalie and her being so rude & uncaring. Instead of helping my mum she said why don’t you just see your regular doctor!
Something horrendous must have happened to Dr. Natalie Torbolov for her to become what she is today. Rude and quick tempered, I can’t believe people trust her with their lives … I wouldn’t even see her for a doctors certificate! After reading the reviews online, I can’t believe she’s still working here. Shame on this clinic for still allowing her to abuse the locals and shame on me for reading the reviews and giving her the benefit of the doubt.
Poor management. They understand nothing about duty of care. Started to charge gap but they only inform you at your consult. They expect you to read the website. They argue and dismiss patients upon feedback instead of apologies and correction.
Never had any major problems with this practice, having gone here for several years. Like all GP practices they are overworked but every staff member has always been pleasant and professional, and I’ve always received the help and care required.
This has been my local doctors for many years. They usually are extremely busy but all the doctors that I have seen always serve to the highest standards.
Been a local for many years. Have started going to this practice because of convenience, and have now given up. Am going to try somewhere else because the doctors here are simply not concerned about patients. Other than that, I find the booking easy because of the online system. Receptionists, not rude, but could really be more customer service oriented.
