Give the place a miss, unreasonable wait times and no communication between doctor, staff and patient. Made an medical appointment for 12 pm. Came in at 11:45 am to register myself as a new patient. Have to cancel my appointment at 12:45 pm I was offered no explanation of the delay. The wait time is simply unreasonable. The center staff could have told me that they are behind. I understand that this medical centre bulk bill and may over book doctors so that more patient can be seen but the wait times are just unreasonable. The medical centre manager contacted me and told me that this issue come up now and again. When I asked what strategy are in place to improve communication between doctor, staff and patient on the delay. She offered nothing.

I have been a patient at this practice for 24 years & I have suffered through many a long waiting period. I went there today (Saturday) at 4.15pm. The advertised closing time is 5pm. There was one person waiting & I was told by the terribly uninterested receptionist that the doctor was not taking any more appointments for the rest of the day. I explained that all I needed was a script for medication that I have been on for 17 years & I would only take 5 minutes of the doctor’s time. I am not a local (my choice to travel) & all I asked for was 5 minutes, 45 minutes before closing time with ONE person waiting! The receptionist was very busy re-tying her ponytail but fortunately managed to tell me that they will re-open on Monday & totally ignored my request. This practice was my family’s practice of choice...but not any more. The blatant lack of willingness to help has just gone over the edge. I’m done.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I waited for well over TWO HOURS and asked what the problem was. After informing me there was ONLY 1 doctor, I asked why she failed to inform me upon arrival. In a stuper she replied that 'there were three doctors here then". I finally seen the doctor who couldn't help me due to lack of time and information regarding my needs. Even though I have been coming here for years. Never again

The receptionist; Erica, is the rudest staff member at the clinic. I am always polite but she seems to resort to attitude and a condecending tone with her replies. I have seen four doctors here and only one really knows what they are talking about. One of them was extremely judgemental; laughed at me while I was asking questions regarding my son and then she recommended an unsafe solution to the problem for his age. I would highly recommend Dr. Nagesh. She is lovely and very well educated.

Terrible waiting times and no explanation for it. Decent doctors here are few and far between. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else.
