We've had a wonderful experience with The Hills Community Health.nThe nurses are incredibly friendly, caring, and truly committed to their work. They always go above and beyond to provide support and ensure everything is well taken care of.nnMy mum feels very comfortable and happy with the care she’s receiving, and that means the world to us.nnA big thank you to the amazing team for your kindness and dedication — highly recommend!nnJust a small note: it would be lovely if the receptionist could be a bit warmer. I understand the job can be challenging, but a little kindness goes a long way.
The staff at the Hills Community Health Centre were friendly and helpful, but the wait times were longer than expected. The care I received was fine, though it felt a bit rushed. Overall, it’s a decent place for basic medical needs, but there’s room for improvement in scheduling and communication.
Don't understand what the receptionists problem is. At the end of the conversation just hang up, no bye or anything. Rude. And telling me what I should be doing with my life. You could easily cause someone to spiral emotionally.nnEdit: and they didn't even pass on a message properly.
Can’t comment on the nurses but the lady who answers the phone is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. There’s no need for the attitude when we’re just trying to get answers. All 3 of the people in my family who have called have been appalled at the way they were spoken to. Will find another clinic because of this woman and her dreadful customer service.
This place is a hoop. They just redirect u here. Not much help.nThese people are not professional at all. Attached to my file is 'Requested Valium' when my old psychiatrist prescribed me Serequel and Valium. My script ran out and I had trouble refilling my script because my doctor just left the practice I was previously going to which was advised by my specialist. Anyway these guys in the mental health part at Castle Hill here asked me what medication I was on and I told them. That is not requesting Valium. They made me sound like a drug addict or something when I was only doing as instructed by a specialist and also I was answering a question this lady asked me I never requested anything. Why would I do that? I'm not a specialist. And neither was this nurse or assistant that was making lies up to make me look bad for what reason I don't know. I've been on n off Valium for 20 years and never abused it.nAnyway eventually they organized an appointment to see a psychiatrist and I accidentally missed it after having so many appointments made for me after being in hospital too. So anyway I spoke to the psychiatrist and we both agreed I didn't need to go in by that time because I was taking the new medication I was given at the hospital so I just took it even though its not the right medication for me. So a few weeks later I was advised to see a pschiatrist so I tried to make an appointment but they wouldn't have me back because I'd missed one appointment.nThis place made me feel terrible when I'm going through a horrible personal problem and made things so much worst for me. There interviews where like interrogation and they did not make me feel good at all.nHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WOULD STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.nI'm 38 and I've never been through so much bs as I'd been through going to this place.
