Beautiful first experience @ Hair Room Mawson. My stylist was so friendly & relaxed and super easy to chat to. Blonde/brown foils weaved so delicately throughout my hair: adore my new hair and will be back. Highly recommend.

Pretentious and rude. Don't expect the owner, Stacey, to cut your child's hair. Even if you are a regular client. Unfortunately, Stacey's loyal clients don't get to have their child's hair cut by her, even if the staff have agreed to make the appointment with her over the phone and you find out the appointment was made with someone else. Stacey was incredibly superior, dismissive and bitchy about it. No apology. No resolution. NOT good marketing or customer relations.

Don't get sick. They will keep your deposit.

I had my haircut last week. Wonderful friendly people. Exceptionally clean. And a spectacular haircut! I'm going back in 3 weeks for colour. :
