Not happy with my experience. On the 22nd of January I wanted to use my shop-a-docket for a wash, cut and blow dry for a photoshoot I had later that day (I had to cancel). The staff were generally unwelcoming. When I had my hair cut I didn't mention I have dandruff. The hairdresser didn't notice this however and said that I had head lice while in the middle of cutting my hair. This caused her to tell me I couldn't receive any more service and I was virtually kicked out of the store. I felt shunned and unwelcomed. No one recommended any treatment of head lice. I grew anxious and got myself an anti lice treatment, I used it and saw no lice or eggs, only flaky dandruff. I then had several people check for me only to find NO SIGN of head lice. I am very disappointed at the service I was given and the level of communication had with me was very poor. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

I'm really happy with the haircut I received! Hairdresser really seemed to understand my descriptions of how I wanted it done, even though I wasn't sure how to fully explain. I got exactly what I wanted and my hair looks good! Plus she was faster than most hairdressers typically are with my hair. Kinda quiet, but that was alright with me. The shampoo and conditioning took a long time, seemed like the lady repeated each at least twice. The scalp massages were nice though. Overall, a bit pricey compared to what I usually pay, but definitely good quality.
