Good however I have one major complaint. The hairdresser started thinning my hair without even asking me because it was what she thought was ‘best’ for my hair not what I wanted. I just came in the place for a cut and was actually not wanting anything else to happen. I recently searched up how long it takes to get your hair back to the normal state it was in and the hair has to completely regrow to go back to its normal thickness this means it can take up to a year to be the same length and thickness it was. Was definitely not impressed with this as I don’t like the look of thin hair on myself and don’t think I will be visiting the shop again. For future clients I’m sure they would appreciate being asked if it was okay to thin their hair. I thought my thick hair was one of my trade marks but not any more Very disappointed

Rosie and the girls are great. Basins are very awkward though, the hairdresser even has to stand at the side not behind. But you get a decent cut, wash and blow dry for $35. I've had much better but paid a lot more too. So good when you're on a budget. I'd return in the future. Oh and the products they use are good quality.
