I got recommended by my friend and I was very impressed! My nails are absolutely beautiful! I will be coming back again. Defiantly the best nail place I have been too. Staff were sooo Amazing!

I'm surprised at the negative reviews here. I'm always very happy with my nails. All the technicians are careful and I've never had any issues.

I have always gone to Amaz Nails Amaroo, since they opened, and their services are generally good. Last weekend was my first negative experience with your salon. The week before lockdown restrictions were easing, you posted on your Facebook page and invited your clients to make bookings. I made a booking for 11:30am on Saturday. I arrived at the salon at 11:25am and stated I was there for my 11:30am booking. I was asked if I could come back in one hour! What is the point of making and/or taking a booking if you aren't going to invite the client in at the time you accepted the booking because you have allowed walk-ins? Very disappointing, coming from a regular client...Services: Pedicure

I don't like posting negative reviews but I am beyond unimpressed with the whole experience at Amaz Nails. Didn't feel at all welcome, and the instruments weren't sterile - they were tipped out of an autoclave bag with sealing tape in its original place. After being told my nails were dry, I went to leave and smudged one nail entirely. I was told this was my fault while they wiped it off and quickly applied another coat as they rushed me out the door. Had heard great things about Katylicious but was extremely disappointed with the service I received.

I found the staff to be quite rude. I had my nails done with my sister and not even a day after getting them two of my acrylic nails had fallen off and one of my sisters had also fallen off. Bare in mind I work in administration with little to no stress on my hands, so there is no reason for these to have fallen off. I had also asked for a custom design on my nails, which in the end looked nothing like my reference picture even though I had confirmed eith the lady before she had started that she could do that exact design. Disappointed and not worth the money.

Both my mother and daughter had manicures done and within a week the colour had peeled off several fingers. They looked beautiful at the time but I expected a longer lasting result. They have not had this problem previously. I'm not sure why it happened but my daughters nails cost $60 and it was her natural nails painted. It's a real shame.

The nail technician was extremely rude and rough. She filed my nails so unnecessarily short and didn’t paint them very well even with shellac. She was getting angry every time I flinched but it was because she was hurting me by being rough with filing and with her sharp nails and I told her and she didn’t care.
