Would never recommend this salon, all I wanted was half a head of blonde foils and after expressing not wanting to look grey, that was exactly what I came out looking like. Over priced and not willing to listen to the customer!

Amy is great - they are family owned and the staff seem to really enjoy what they do. Hair is one of those super particular things that could go either way, and I get it's hard sometimes for hairdressers to interpret what I want. After I had this 'communication' error with another hair salon, I got "mildly psychotic" about anyone touching my hair. I'm at the point now where I can go into Amy and just say go for gold with whatever she thinks would work for me. They're not the cheapest, but I don't mind paying a little extra to find someone I trust and who is passionate about what they do.

I have had a negative experience with Epic Hair Studio in Westfield. I tried to use a 25% discount coupon through the Entertainment Book. This business only gave me the equivalent of 10% off, saying that the full discount would not have resulted in a quote "large profit" for them. I felt like my consumer rights were ignored and made a complaint to Entertainment. A staff member from Entertainment personally visited Epic Hair Studio (Westfield) to investigate the complaint I made. The staff member from Epic Hair Studio (Westfield) told Entertainment a different reason why the price was raised and was caught out lying. To Entertainment's credit, Entertainment educated Epic Hair Studio (Westfield) about the rules surrounding coupons. Nevertheless, Epic Hair Studio (Woden) has not offered me adequate compensation. As a result of this negative customer service experience, I would not recommend visiting Epic Hair Studio in Westfield.

All the stylists are very professional and always have done an awesome job over the past 15 years I've been using Epic.

Lovely staff working here, always very friendly but I had a haircut and it's the worst I've ever had. It took me 12 months to get from a pixie to a short bob and now I'm back where I started and actually worse as I can't make it work at all and it's made me very anxious as it doesn't suit me. The only thing I can think to fix it is going shorter and that is not what I want. I've even looked at wigs. Very unfortunate.
