I had the best experience shopping here. I went in looking for pink hair dye, and was served by Himaxi. She took one look at me and suggested I use a hair masque with colour in it. I was skeptical, but followed her advice, and WOW! She has saved my hair! It was dry, brittle and straw-like, but it is now soft and shiny! Plus the product dyed it so well at the same time! Himaxi really knows her stuff, so friendly and helpful - can't recommend enough!Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

1 week ago, I went there and asked for 1 product and the lady said we could do a bundle so I could save a bit of money instead paying the full price. I didn't take it on the day but went back a week later as she said to come back the days she works and only her could do tge bundle. When arrived, the lady said that she remembered me. However she did not do the bundle and I paid the full price because prices have gone up but they were advertised the same price as last week. She didn't even offer to use my points  for a discount. 1 star for this lady for  her lack of customer service

Hi everyone..it was such a wonderful experience to be served by Sukhbeer. She was very patient with and suggested the best shampoo for my frizzy hair. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. SUKHBEER U did wonderful job as a salesperson

Asked for low odour curling hair product. She suggested a few that were strong in smell but told me it was just the plastic smell. I finally found a a lovely Australian product on my own. I asked about free davroe samples and she became angry when I took two. And it’s Mother’s Day. No wonder the store was empty.Service:&nbsp;Curly hair

Excellent customer service ! Very helpful and friendly. Totally recommend

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. It's just a shame that there are so many missing products due to Covid. I miss my favourites!!
