I'm so excited that punchbowl opened up an emporium closer to home. I've never had such caring and impeccable customer service in my life and plus it's the best tasting coffee. Well done!

The best service in Sydney! Friendly atmosphere and lovely welcoming team... The food is amazing and the coffee is even better! Love this place

Hanged out with buddies, ordered Cappuccino, & sat for awhile. Quiet place but would be great if a music is played at the Background. Try Arruda for instance ;)

I don't recommend that you waste your time or money here. Visited this cafe twice and both times they got my order wrong. The first time i ordered a drink and payed for the additional whipped cream which didn't come with my drink the second time i paid extra again for my kids overpriced 2.50 babycinno that didn't come with the marshmallow she was waiting for. The place is overpriced $3 for a small macaron that tasted like egg and $6 for a the tiniest tart. Don't get me started on the horrible coffee. Mediocre would be a compliment for what i was served it didn't taste nice and you could clearly tell that the barista making the coffee isn't the best at their job. It looked like cold milk from the bottle was poured into my cup. There was no texturing or latte art which is a must these days. The service needs to be better when a customer sits down you should get a bottle of water and cups and give it to them straight away. The first time i came here i wasn't even offered water and the second time i was asked if i wanted water as i was leaving. This place has potential but needs a better more appealing menu, better pricing and customer service and some quality specialty coffee made by an expert barista. Without these i won't return.
