Poor customer service with attitude. They think I m getting the coffee for free relax, I am paying for it "simle and try to welcome your customers. never again not worth my money. I have moved from canada not sure if this is common in Australia. I have noticed lack of customer service and attentive are very limited.

I literally had only just sat down after ordering and my coffee was already ready for me. It was a particularly busy day as well! The service was great.

One of the best coffee clubs ive been to. The staff are very friendly and special thanks to Huss for being accommodating when we dined with our toddler. They even offer colouring in books & crayons with the kids meals to keep them occupied. Food is yummy too.

I went there with my husband on Sunday we go there often for their pancakes. I ordered 2 freshly squeezed orange juices and the older lady serving (she seemed to be the owner or manager) not seen her there before instead of taking my order she said "do you know its $5,00 something for an orange juice" implying that I may not be able to afford it. I said yes I do I order from here all the time. Was it because we are islanders that you think we cannot afford our food you racist person. On top of that she adds to my order a $12.90 plate I did not order and I paid for it. the waitress took the order back and told her it was wrong she didnt even bother to come and say to refund me if I did not go up and tell her that it was the wrong order she would not have given me my money back! So because I am islander you think I cannot afford my food and then you try take money from me ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST RACIST LOOK DOWN ON PEOPLE SERVICE EVER!
