I went yesterday with my friend. The food was looks good but it actually so bad we find some small insects inside the food. When we asked for a tap water we also found some insects inside it. I went to the place 3 times. I noticed that there is no concern for cleanness. We found a hair in the food. The Açaí bowel was so small and melted. I hope you to focus more on cleanness levels.
Great restaurant with good service. Food portions are generous and definitely worth the value. Do give it a try.
FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD! I went here yesterday with my friends. Firstly the seating we were given had crumbs all over the seats and the menus were filled with oily marks. While eating my food I noticed a long hair strand in the sausage entwined completely. I called the girl serving us and told her and she smirked and head to the manager. They were okay either replacing the sausages or refunding. I went to the manager and said I want a full refund because of the hair to which he said he can't do that as I ate most of the meal and also he doesnt know where the hair came and actually said it could be arm or head hair like What?! There was a sheer lack of apology for lack of food hygiene and I even told him if I knew there was hair from the beginning I would not have eaten it but got no refund. I will be reporting this to food and safety authories. The picture below has the hair in the sausage honestly so gross! Please don't go here!
The drinks were absolutely delicious the chicken Snitzel was cooked to perfection & the mocktails was very nice the first waitress was absolutely a delight to deal with . The second one on the other hand was rude we asked for cutlery numerous times until I eventually asked the gentleman at the front and he relayed the message . The bruschetta wasn’t enjoyable at ended up not even eating it . But in saying that the rest of the meal was delicious The donut fries are a Must try !!
Stumbled upon this place by accident the food really tasty. It was fresh and hot, with balanced flavors. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place to eat. I will be back.
@iconic has got to be one of the best cafes in Bankstown. With friendly and helpful staff and a great indoor and outdoor modern decor. The food is amazing and very generous not to mention the presentation! This family business has a great vibe and is so inviting. Come check out the fabulous food and drinks menu and bring the whole family. You won’t be disappointed!
Came here for lunch yesterday with my Mum. Food was absolutely awesome. My Mum loved her nachos and I loved my chicken schnitzel. Staff were super friendly. Pricing of the food was a little bit steep but overall as long as the food was delicious and good quality I don’t care how much it was. Will definitely be coming back
Don't have much to say. Don't eat the wings. The sauce was sour and there was a strong taste of vinegar. The sauce was basically a puddle in my plate. Chicken was dry I only ate the food as someone else paid for it. But I still couldn't finish it
Staff require more training or, in my opinion, replacement. Waited 40min for a tea. No food, nothing else. Just a tea. Watched new customers arrive after I ordered, sit down, order and receive theirs before mine came. Staff were busy chatting on their mobiles and laughing amongst themselves, appalling customer service. Would leave zero stars if I could, business owner should be aware of this.
Bad service and worst coffee. Went there around 4:25pm and ordered just 2 large cappuccinos but had to wait 12 freaking minutes just for 2 coffee. There was already another customer waiting for something else too and there were two staffs with 2 seated customers. We waited patiently but that disgusting coffee made it WORST. The coffee was warm close to room temperature and it tasted raw. Waste of my time and $9.68 for that disgusting coffee.
