The manager at this place is absolutely lovely. I’m not a regular but was so nice to see her cruising through the tables talking to the locals. Always strikes up a conversation with you and seems genuinely interested. Always go there when I’m at Bankstown.

The change of owners has negatively affected the store. Dissapointed as the previous owners and previous store manager were friendly, welcoming and professional. With the new owner, it seems the workers are incompetent and lack customer service and clearly arent trained to standard. Really disappointed as i use to visit most days. The rating is based on what the store is currently whereas i would have given a 5 star rating on what it previously was.

I have been in a very bad experience for 3 times In Shop: ML 083, Centro Bankstown - North Terrace, Bankstown NSW 2200. Unprofessional and Disgusting customer service, very rude and impolite staff and very dirty table. They don't even deserve half a star but for sorry If I didn't press a star I wont be able to post my review. This painful experience was not only with me but with 3 of my friends too. I'm not going to Gloria Jeans anymore & specially this branch. Guys If you wanna enjoy your time and getting relax for a while don't go to this branch.

Best coffee in Bankstown. I won't order coffee from anywhere else in centro.

The service is terrible! They don't do table service, the staffs are on their phone all the time, bad attitude and I had to put cocoa powder on my cappuccino myself! Unbelievable! Will never come back again.
