I love this store. I've been coming here for the last 3 years and always maintained their quality and going beyond their service. they do get slow at times but I guess its just the area and some customers don't make up their mind and hold the staff to help them decide.

Service was very good. I even asked for a recommendation for my needs and they responded politely and professionally. I got a mint, lemon and lime crusher. It was delicious!!! It's too bad I don't live around here, I would come here for those delicious crushers every day. As for all the bad reviews saying this place is dirty, I'm looking around and the place looks very clean. Cleaner than most places I go to!

Oliver Brown is generally good, but the place here is a bad apple. Terrible customer service. Staff so grumpy make you feel like you're being served for free.

We ordered chocolate mountain sundaes and got 2 scoops of cheap vanilla icecream, a squirt of cream and 1 strawberry.. coffee is cheap and nasty and the iced drinks taste “strange”. We are NEVER coming back here again. Oliver brown at Saigon Plaza Bankstown is beautiful, clean and service is amazing. This place needs to close down and make way for something much better.

Products are great but they take forever to do everything. You're light easygoing for 10 minutes despite only having one person order before you. Staff stand around talking rather than making what people order.
