The Coffee Club

Ordered two Cappuccino's both Larges one in a mug & one in Take away cup extremely small cups at best anyway...!! One in Mug had choc on top the other not!! One in Mug was 3/4 full. Other was between 1/2 to 2/3 at best full... And lukewarm.... Really Disappointing considering it Cost over $13 for both...!! I think our dining days at C.C. after over as this is NOT the first time this has happen....!! One photo once cup open... Other photo once froth was taken away... Extremely POOR.....!! Dietary restrictions: My coffee was 1/2 Strength Decaf on Almond Milk...

Been here twice now for lunch. A couple of months ago I tried their "grab-n-go" Chicken Caesar Ciabatta sandwich, it was divine. The service is exceptional, too, with very friendly and approachable staff members. I recommend The Coffee Club in Chermside, if you feel like having a familiar taste in your mouth with higher than usual standards for The Coffee Club.

Wonderful customer service, clean restaurant and the food was very well cooked. The truffle mushroom melted in my mouth and full of flavour. Definitely will come back!

Defrosted sour cream to go with wedges deserves less than one star. It looked like curdled milk and what is worse is that the Manager was aware that the sour cream had been frozen and said it was acceptable to serve. Edit. I did speak to the team. That's how I know the Manager was aware it had been defrosted. The staff member said that their Manager said it was fine.

The staff here were kind and hospitable, even though they were incredibly busy. We made a mistake in our order and they replaced it free of charge, despite it being our fault! I also really appreciated that the waiter did not pass hot coffee over the head of my toddler which honestly happens pretty often!

Most disappointing avocado toast I've ever had. Was trying to cut it and realised it was served with plastic.Food: 1/5

The rudest staff member servicing food and cleaning tables, dark hair with pony tail…. Don’t work in hospitality if you don’t want to be there…. It’s that easy. A smile is free

Very disappointed with today’s lunch. Ordered a lge coffee to start. Came with a small spoon that disappeared into the cup. When ordering my lunch - an omelette and chips - mentioning to the nice guy who served me, that your chips were the “best chips ever”, only to find out that those chips were no longer available. If he hadve told me that I’d be getting maccas fries, I certainly wouldn’t have wasted my money. Obviously, money is more important than customer service. I also ordered a salted caramel expresso frappe’ minus the expresso, and double caramel. When it came, there was no sign of ANY caramel, drizzling down the sides, although it did taste like it did have some in it. Tasting more like a vanilla milkshake, TBO. Then there was the poor young waitress who was constantly trying to give the wrong orders to people. We felt so sorry for her, seeing how embarrassed she constantly was. My 2 friends also had issues, but it would take way too much effort to tell you about that I will definitely think twice before coming back here.

Ceasar burger was delicious! Absolutely not greasy, chicken was soft, juicy bacon. Everything was perfectly cooked! Smashed avocado was very fresh and tasty. Tea and coffee was great! Fantastic experience!!!
