Great service at Starbucks Chermside. I get my morning coffee there almost every day. That staff have always been very friendly & give great customer service!
The place is very busy and smells great, but I had to wait for an extraordinary amount of time for my filter coffee , and it was very bland when I finally got it . I think next time I'll stick to my usual cappuccino.
World-class frappe but maybe problem transacting my rewards card. I've receipt, no trace of member points. Sales attendant busy and/or too tired to bother+care. Will ring call centre tomorrow to sort it out, hopefully get my points manually added. Otherwise you have a returning cyclical customer here!!
