The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I called ahead to ask a question and the man named Tran rushed me off the phone. I later went in and had to wait a whole 5 minutes (no exaggeration!) while he was talking on the phone to a friend. He finally decided to serve me and when he went out back to get the cake he was back on the phone to his friend. Would not answer my questions about having a disposable serving base underneath the cake (which I never received) and I also wanted to ask how much candles cost. Would not answer any questions, he kept talking on the phone and just waited for me to pay while ignoring me.. it's safe to say I am NEVER going back here again!

Just called over the phone new to the area the female was rude and was trying to get me off the phone disappointed! Drove 20 minutes away to another cheese cake shop and got good service! Not sure about their cakes but to me friendliness & good Customer service a important and that's lacking and enough for me not to go there.

It is so discrimination for me. I am physical disabled, I went there to buy a cake. The man was still listen to his mobile phone and said to me can you waited. " I did waited". After a few time I was still waiting for him. I grabbed the cake. I have to asking him I will pay by a card. He did said ok. Can you put it on the machine and give me a copy. It is rude and he doesn't had a service mind and unfriendly and helping me. I did ask Do you have a plastic bag. HE SAID "NO PLASTIC BAG". I am never and ever come to this cheesecake shop at Padstow and i will go somewhere else and I will let my friend who lives close to the area to buy the cake at This shop. No manner and No respect people with disabilities.

Great, local and amazing cakes. Staff are really friendly and offered a discounts on a cakes. Top quality and service.

The people that run this shop are rude and disgusting, I purchased a cake from this shop this morning the male who served me was beyond rude, DO NOT BUY from this shop, am absolutely disgusted 1 star far too much
