Been going here for years and the cakes have been amazing every time. Owners are very pleasant to talk to and I have never had an issue with birthday cakes and party supplies.
Bought a cake from this shop for my daughter’s birthday. When we opened the box, it smelled off and it tested off too. Called them and I was told by the owner who served me that he served me a fresh cake. Took it back to the shop. Both the owner and the lady was very aggressive with me. I just didn’t wanted to argue with them for a cake and requested them to put it in the bin. Owner gladly agreed. No apology, no compensation. Never ever will go back to this shop .I am a local and shared my experience with my friends and families. Can’t believe that we still have business like this and they are still doing business.
They have everything you need for a birthday decorations the lady that was serving us was nice and helpful, however for the cake I wouldn't say it that bad but it okay.
Very good place went there for my daughters birthdays and received the most amazing and delicious cake, the service is excellent the owner Claude was very nice. his wife was a very honest and pure lady, the workers there are very pure and hard working. he gave me a cupcake and and balloon for my son who was crying the whole time. This place 100% deserves the world and more i recommend everyone go here and buy a cheesecake immediately.
Woman working at the Belmore store 18.3.16, is very rude and unprofessional. I asked her on simple question in which i was given a sarcastic responce and then she walked over to assist another customer before serving me. Terrible customer service, and she has no clue how to deal with customers. Has attitude. There were 1 or 2 girls who were bitchy at the Kingsgrove store and seemed like airheads, but this one was an idiot. The people giving the bad reviews for Kingsgrove have a point. Terrible customer service and most are full of attitude. Terrible.
The lady at the Belmore store is very dry and a LIAR!!! the owner of the business is even worse and a thief. He took my money for an item which he did not give to me and I am currently in the process of getting the money back with the help of the ACCC and fair trading. This is a scam operation they only care about your money. Everyone please be careful when buying anything from this store!!!
Basic customer service, balloon arrangements little bit overpriced. Variety of cakes with pricing reasonable.
Omg the best cheesecake !!!! Tops even the one I make. Yumm!!!
I agree with the other reviewers. lady working was not very helpful.. Had to wait awhile to be served. Overall... not a great experience.
