What happened to famous Vietnamese rolls I was buying for years? I sagested this place to someone who worked near by today. Bread rolls are fresh, crispy and soft inside. That's all about chicken rolls. Tasteless and leck of everything. 1.5 pieces of tomato? Kidding

Lovely smiley friendly staff.
Tried the chicken Pho (chicken noodle soup) absolutely amazing. I've been to Vietnam, eaten Pho for years around Marrickville area. This chicken Pho is up there with the best. A great stock, not too salty. A pho made with love. 10 stars

Lovely family run bakery, a credit to oyster bay and the shire. Lovely staff, always friendly, professional and helpful. Funny to see the review below complaining about "hot coffee". That is classic stuff. What an age we live in where people do not know how to drink a hot drink without blaming the person who got up at 2AM in the morning to bake bread for them and be there to make them the coffee.  Imagine going online and making such a fool of yourself. Are you 2 years old? Do you want me to blow on the coffee for you?

Scolding hot coffee that burnt my mouth. I asked for another one which was just as hot! After I let it cool down the burnt taste wasn't even worth it. Won't be going back.

Best Bakery in the Shire!
Great fresh salads, delicious crispy schnitzel and to top it all off the crunchiest of bread rolls.
