Wow this place has gone downhill, its really bad! Every single time I go there they bag up the wrong product or charge the wrong price. Staff know nothing about the products they are selling & are either disinterested or outright rude.
The new girl's are just wonderful so happy to serve with big smiles it's such a pleasure to have have such people in our midst and the bread still top quality
What is happening with this place? Since the NEW owners, the QUALITY of some bread products have declined, and hardly carry enough if any of other products!

Kind of rank. Happy to take my money, but your staff refused to slice the bread as they had “turned off the slicer”. Here’s a suggestion… if you are open and taking customers money,have your slicer available to support your sales!
I previously purchased a fruit bread and found it to be burnt on the bottom. I returned a few days later and went to purchase another telling the staff of my previous purchase, appeared uninterested. She produced another loaf and upon viewing it was also burnt, however not as bad as my first. She said they are all like that. NOT TRUE had B4

This Bakers Delight is conveniently situated in Menai Market Place. Their bread, cakes and pastries are always fresh, with lots of variety on their menu and reasonably priced. I am a fan of the Apricot Rolls, they disappear very quickly in my household, so I keep buying more. The staff are friendly and helpful and provide good customer service.
just paid $5 for a Turkish loaf.. get it home and the bottom is not just burnt..it's charcoal. not had a problem before but no way could they have missed the burnt smell and yet still put them out for sale... AND who asks to look at bottom of loaf before purchase! poor form Bakers Delight.
Good bread, probably the nicest in Menai Marketplace. Sometimes runs out of wholemeal toward the end of the day on Sunday. The slicer does create some very uneven slices super thin followed by very thick. Staff are good too.
