Just fantastic!! Arrived thinking we had a booking but it hadn't confirmed my fault. Mel put herself out to fit us in which was wonderful. Very kind and generous. In a world of hairdressers charging full price for trainees this is a wonderful place.

I have started taking my 9 and 11 year boys to see Michael over the last few months and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. He makes them feel so comfortable and has built a strong rapport in a short period of time. The quality of the cuts is always top class. I could not recommend more highly!
Love heading down to the Barber Shak to get a haircut from Micheal! Always gives 10/10 haircuts and is always very friendly and have the best chats! Highly recommend for top quality haircuts! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Kim is nothing short of an exceptional barber. You will not find a more caring and devoted person in the trade. I drive 50 mins to get my perfect "flat top" cut.... Update.. Sadly Kim has gone back to Townsville.
Had a horrible experience this morning all I wanted was a quick trim on my fringe and length, and chip a little bit off my fringe, talk about a mess, it was totally hacked into, she didn't even care when I said didn't like it, I had to go somewhere else to see if they could fix up the mess she made of my fringe, I went to Stefan where they were listening and understanding. Never would I go back there again.
Kim has been cutting my mother's and my own hair for years, we drive 90 minutes from the country to have Kim cut or hair. Would not go anywhere else.
