I went into the Westfield store with a mobile phone problem. Was served by Bree. She was friendly and very helpful. Even when I sent my daughter back the next day to resolve my problem she was more than willing to help and made sure I was aware of some minor changes. I will be going back to this store in the future for and phone needs.

I went into the store wanting to change my plan and upgrade my phone from a 5S. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, and I am more than happy with the service they provided. They were prompt, and we not only changed my plan and upgraded my phone, but looked into the bundle too. Great customer service. Will definitely be coming back to this Telstra store!

I had come to this store to possibly disconnect all services from Telstra due to previous exceptional bad experience at Waurn Ponds Telstra shop. Once the the 60 minute wait was over , I found staff at Westfield Telstra to be very helpful , tried their best to find a good replacement for my old business plan and actually succeeded in improving my plan and over all satisfaction with Telstra .

Had an absolutely horrendous customer service experience in your Westfield Geelong store today. Was taking my elderly grandmother to purchase a new mobile phone, we originally visited your waurn ponds store where we received excellent service and made a selection on which phone we wished to purchase outright. Unfortunately the phone was out of stock so the assistant helping us called the Geelong store to see if they had stock there and had them hold one for us. Upon entering the Geelong store we waited in the queue to be attended to by your staff member who was greeting customers and taking names on a tablet. We then explained the situation to your staff member who then proceeded to treat us with nothing but rude attitude. She told us that she had no idea what we were talking about, without even checking if other staff members had taken a call from the other store. Upon explaining to her we were here to purchase a phone outright that we were told was put aside for us she replied in a very rude fashion. We were able to make the purchase of the phone in the end, and part of the reason we came into a Telstra store rather than simply purchasing the handset online or from a supermarket, was that my grandma required help setting it up and transferring her contacts, which we were told was done in the store, only to get home and find the contact list empty. This singular experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt we will return to your store in the future. It is unacceptable for an employee of a business to treat its customers with attitude like we encountered today. As I am employed in customer service, this was a particularly horrific experience which reflects poorly on your brand.

Yesterday i was looked after by Tammy i highly recommend her. She went over and beyond to make sure i was set with my new phone. With only an hour on my lunch break she sorted me out swapped everything over from my old phone, decked me out with great accessories and even dropped it all off to me at my workplace in the centre... Thanks Tammy!!!
