Really bad service at the shoes section, took about half an hour to get service. They could hire couple more people to service as customers frustrated of waiting. Found the right size shoe but have to wait to get the other pair from the back. Young boystuff seems like had enough of it. I was gonna buy couple pair of shoes but in the end just bought one for my kid and left. Would rather travel Melbourne to buy than go back there.
Wasted our time today as we drove out at 5pm as google said they close at 5:30. Not sure who checks or updates google, but everybody uses google not the website. Disappointing. Updated it now myself.
Great variety. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of stock in store. Can use Afterpay as well.
I have a Rebel near me, like 1km from home, but I prefer this one which is 7km. Its good.

Massive selection of all types of sports equipment and all types of brands including Nike, Under Armour, Puma etc The staff are also helpful and friendly and able to help me with any questions I had. Only thing is the store is very isolated in terms of location and not near any other shops/stores.
Needed some new runners and was overwhelmed by the extensive range. Ben was incredible, so helpful and understood exactly what I wanted and needed whilst keeping in my price range. It was so refreshing to have genuine customer service in retail and certainly a rarity these days. Promote him please.
Called the store to buy shoes for a family member who is in hospital, and was relieved to experience some exceptional customer service. From the lady who answered the phone at checkouts, to the lady who I was transferred through to in the shoe department - THANKYOU. You made a stressful time a little less stressful.
