Very rude blonde young lady on click and collect today. Asked her if she could check if she had another size in a tshirt. Practically yelled at me IM SERVING SOMEONE ELSE walked off didnt even bother asking me if I would like another staff member until I said it to her back. Work on your tone. Your definitely not suited to retail work
Avoid this place .. Absolute incompetence, particularly from the manager Brad . Sold the wrong shoes by undertrained staff that have no idea ... Returned the shoes a couple of weeks later, before another staff member confirmed we should never have been sold the shoes .. forced to pay for another pair in a different brand with correct fitting this time ... Would not accept the return or provide a credit. Rejected any liability, after we've had to pay $580 for two pairs of shoes in only two weeks.nnDo not go near this calamity of a store .. zero knowledge, zero customer service and now we've lodged a complaint with consumer affairs.nnWhat a putrid store and after buying big from Rebel over decades - never again.
Came for the new coins today and was extremely happy with how friendly and helpful the girls were. Come here and do not go to warn ponds the manager there is extremely rude. Great job today ladies.
One star for the large range.nnI buy quite a bit from Rebel but the customer service at the Geelong store is terrible.nIt's usually pretty quiet when I go in, and there's usually a bunch of staff standing around talking amongst themselves. No-one asks if you need any help finding anything. Today I was in the change room for over 10 minutes and needed help with sizes but no-one offered any assistance. Not even the woman who seemed to be in charge, who I had to go and ask if I could use the changeroom and was about 20 metres away at the time.nnLuckily JD Sports has opened in Westfield, because I won't be trying to shop here anymore.
