Returned item to store to swap for a different size and person working there had a pretty crap attitude. I was “asked” in a very accusatory tone if I had worn the item to which I replied no, I tried the item on in the house when it was delivered but that was it. Then was told I was outwith the 30 day return period but they’ll “let me away with it”. Turns out I was still a couple of days within 30 days anyway as February only has 28 days! But couldn’t be bothered arguing in store with a queue of people there. Left feeling like I had I had done something wrong for returning an item! They or certainly the person I dealt with need to treat customers with a bit more respect.
Highly recommend James who just exchanged shoes that were fitted incorrectly at another Rebel store. He was so helpful. No more sore feet hopefully! Feel better already! Such wonderful service from the manager of the store and himself. Appreciate it
Love getting my sports gear from Rebel Geelong.nnAll employees are respectful and very helpful, very efficient and friendly. Good to have a chat to when trying on new shoes, footy boots etc.nnLove this as my local sports store, and going to continue shopping here for as long as I need.
The best Rebel location for clothing variety and equipment. Parking can be tricky if traffic is busy, but there is a side car park. Staff always friendly and polite.
