I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Miller at Rebel Sport. His customer service was honestly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed.nnHe didn’t rush me, he answered every question properly, and you could tell he really knows his products. What stood out the most was how down-to-earth and helpful he was it’s rare these days to find someone who goes above and beyond without even being asked.nnIt was just a really lovely experience, and it made such a difference to my day. I just went to this rebel to change the size of the shoes i bought for my gift last black friday. There the staff assisted me she was so nice, she asked me for the receipt. I showed her the receipt that i never read which i received from rebel via email and we found out that it is only a dollar bag purchased on that day. I was told to check on my bank account, no reception inside, i had to go outside and found out that nothing was deducted on me for the shoes. I was 80 percent sure the staff forgot to punch it that day, she only punched the bag. Instead of getting back the shoes and bring home for free, i went back to the counter to ask them if there is another way it can be checked cause i was thinking to pay for it. And there comes the manager, called by the kind staff. i clarified how it is checked and the manager explained her assumption. The tone of her explanation was accusatory that I intentionally bought a bag to deceive that I pay for the shoes in the counter. Hey you can just easily say my staff forgot to punch the shoes. Sorry for the inconvinience. Hey i got a baby waiting. It took me ages there!nI should have not appeoached you for that shoes and bring it home for free no frustrations from a person like you. But i chose out of good will, and honesty, i returned the shoes and pay for it! and that is what i get? not even a thank you.? i am not a moron to return stolen shoesnwatch your words mate, you are so frustrating.
