I went in to purchase some sneakers, the service I received was outstanding. The young girl who helped me made sure that the shoes I got were correct, She was honest and very informative. Went into look at Hoka & New Balance trail runners the other week. 'Was told, didn't have any trail runners, and that it was not the season for them'..... Mmmm, so people don't run/hike all year or at the moment..... Call bulls**t, happily went to the running company shop in Pako st, awesome range of all runners, great service there! Won't ever go back to Athletes foot!

We were in a long waiting line outside the store waiting to get in. We had been waiting 20 minutes so far. People were walking in and being served before us and the other people in line. We advised staff but their attitude was, who cares! Disappointing. We left.

Called the store to buy some shoes for a family member who was in hospital. The person who answered couldn't have been more unhelpful. She told me she was busy with back to school and the line was out the door - I could tell she didn't want to help me. Didn't offer to call back when it wasn't so busy. Called Rebel Sport on GG street and experienced amazing customer service. Poor form Athlete's Foot.

I was very happy with Elenore and her professional service. After she did 3D scanning she knew exactly what problem I had with my foot and recommended exactly the right shoes I needed. Been on them over a week now, never been better. Highly recommended

Excellent and extremely helpful service from Will. We left with 3 pairs of shoes. The store was extremely busy and yet Will made sure we were checked on and progressed in a patient and expert manner. Great experience.

Nice clean store attended to nice and quickly. Was asked what size shoe I wear which is anywhere between a 12 and 14 depending on the manufacturer. Was told to put socks on and stand on the machine to measure my feet it came back with a 10 1/2 and a 11 for each foot. The sales lady dutifully went out and got these small shoes which she was told wouldn't be big enough but what would I know my feet and I have only been together for nearly 52 years after trying on a couple of pairs that were to short and to narrow she finally got some that were wider but wouldn't get many anything longer as in a 13/14 like I'd asked, then just said sorry we can't fit your feet.

The five stars is for Will the Trainee! I don’t even know why this pro-master is actually still a trainee. Will is so knowledgeable and passionate about shoes that we purchased three pairs in one day. This is only because of Will. Right from the time we entered the store, he took care of us in the most professional manner. I think it is high time that Will got a pro badge! You are the best, Will! Good luck with your degree as you are going to go places!
