Yvonne was very helpful in processing an item return, even though it required the item to be quality checked. Great customer service - highly recommend.

Went in to buy some shoes, none of the five employees in the shop acknowledged my presence, despite the lack of costumers in the shop they were standing chatting to each other. I felt like I was being judged by them as I I might not appear to be 'surfy' or loaded with cash. You need to teach your staff to greet and assist all costumers, as you just lost a sale purely because of poor costumer service.
