The team at JB Hi-Fi Geelong provide me exceptional customer service every time I visit. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, and they make price matching and negotiations completely seamless and hassle-free, always ensuring you get the best deal possible.nnThe store itself is bright, clean, and well-organized which makes browsing a breeze.nnThe only downside is the location within the shopping centre. The centre access can be a bit gloomy. This store is great but it would be much better suited to a standalone street-access location.nnDespite the awkward access, the top-tier service makes it well worth the trip!
A fine JB Hifi, purchased a TV from here. The staff member was fine, serviced our needs, but not overly engaged with us. I guess I'm used to really enthusiastic JB Hifi employees! Not as big as some of the Melbourne stores but has most things you need.
I recently bought a TV from JB Hi-Fi, and the team member on the sales floor was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole buying process easy.nnUnfortunately, the TV turned out to have a fault and needed to be replaced. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally the situation was handled, particularly as it was close to closing time on a Sunday evening. I received a sincere apology for the inconvenience, a replacement TV was organised within minutes, and every promised callback happened exactly when they said it would.nnA special thank you to Madison for her outstanding customer service. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. It's rare to receive service that's this efficient, caring, and reliable, and I really appreciated the way she looked after everything from start to finish.
I went to jbhifi Geelong after having very unexpected issues with a brand new iPhone 17screen stopped working, I had had the run around from other stores including another jb regarding warranty replacement for a 2 day old unused phone.nHowever the jb geelong were amazing, I had a very difficult issue with purchasing the phone in New Zealand so it wasn’t easy to solve. I believe it was Maddy the store manager who was super helpful and very determined to help solve my problem when others had pushed it away as too hard. Although it took some time to solve to no fault of anyone and just due to how systems work, I walked out of the store with a brand new replacement phone in the colour and storage I had.nI left a very happy customer and could not be happier with how nice and helpful the staff were during a very stressful and frustrating time.nWould highly recommend
I went into JB Hi‑Fi Geelong with a phone that was hardware issue. The phone was still under warranty. Eddie was helpful and patient and got it all fixed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back. Thanks again for your help
