I had the best experience in the waurn ponds shop. The woman who served me was so attentive and thorough while explaining the garments and the sales that the store had currently on. We even had a joke about how our names are spelt. Thank you, Keishia. Sorry if I spelt your name wrong.
Today I went in store to find some pants, Keishia was so friendly and gave great options for my style. She definitely made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
I just wanted to acknowledge the manager at Jay Jays, she is the reason I’d return to that shop time and time again. So polite, patient and helpful. Thanks for making out shopping day even better!!!
Just tried to call the store just to make sure of opening hours, was not able to contact them so i rang the shpping centre phone number to make sure they are still there , the lovly lady assured me that they were and offered me their phone number, same one i was trying to call. I noticed a comment when i was apout to write this and said they were closed when supposed to be open..Lift your game jay jays as some travel just to come to a shop for sizing purposes, not very customer friendly

Showed up yesterday at 5 and they were closed and showed up today at 9 20 and they were closed still so they aren't open when you look
