This store is refusing to provide a refund they agreed to give me, after I purchased a product online from them which they are no longer even planning on ordering in. Have been trying to contact them for months, they stop replying to messages even after asking me to send through my details so they could process the refund. They initially told me my item would arrive in January, I've waited over 3 months before reviewing here but by now it is ridiculous. They'll address you with pleasantries but never follow through with their words it seems. *Edited to add: After this review the store has thankfully now refunded my purchase
