Don’t go to this store! Factorie as a brand is amazing but the staff are just plain rude and have horrible service. Was once accused of stealing so they checked my backs and of course I don’t steal, I understand they have to take precautions. Somehow they phoned up every other store to tell them to be on the lookout and I got bag checked every store. I was dressed appropriate and I even heard staff pointing at me at another store saying that “that’s that girl from factorie ( factorie worker name) told us about.” DONT GO HERE IM TELLING YOU YOULL REGRET IT JUST PLAIN RUDE 😠
