Writing this review on behalf of someone else. She is very disappointed. Bought a tablet, and the screen has cracked, the screen protector still on, the rubber protector still on. The guy behind the tech would have given her a replacement. But the lady at the service desk said that it needs to be sent off to have it assessed.nClearly, it's a faulty product. Now she has to wait a week to hear the outcome. This is ridiculous. They should just done a replacement in the store. You can't even ring directly to a store. So frustrating!.
Has everything I need. Being a bigger type person, I require big tshirts which they supply. $6 tees for work suits me fine. Found a book, bought a gift card nearing Christmas so shopping is a breeze. Staff are friendly and courteous.nJust remember: when they say hello, and you don’t; now that’s being rude to them
Was in the store on Tuesday 10th December for a return and had to go to the service desk. I was going to leave when I saw the line but changed my mind. Less than 2 minutes later extra staff came out to assist with click and collect orders and extra staff went to the checkouts. Everybody was smiling and friendly. Great response for a busy time of year. Well done!
