Guy at service desk yesterday needs a pay rise! The holy Pokemon protector, was quite rude & abrupt and typically is everytime. First it was one per person limit, now if you bring your partner cause you both enjoy TCG - it’s now one per shopping group group = two people all of a sudden. Super passionate bloke needs to ease up a bit, making up rules as he goes and sees fit. Now it would of been fine if you weren’t so rude about it however your attitude needs some attention. It’s your job to sell stuff, not gatekeep and sell to who YOU deem fit, almost smells like a bit of discrimination since I’ve seen you let blokes walk out with several times the amount of “limit”. I typically refrain from doing these types of posts and am quite grateful for retail workers but interactions with this guy always leads to a negative experience.
Rude grumpy staff member. I entered the beauty area that is seperated from main store, likely due to security risk of theft.. i searched every aisle that i could get down and when i couldnt find the item advertusd on sale i then approached a staff member who was stacking shelves in area. I showed the item on my phone and asked if they could help me find the item. The peraon was short and rude in her manner of speach but then took me to the item. I was passed one item and asked if i could get 2 as they were on special. The sales staff werent overly happy it appeared.nBig W need to either treat staff better to get happier staff or get rud of individuals who arent happy. I rarely go into town so was suprised by the service
I have a preference for going here for sweets or crisps as they are cheap here, and you can get clothing or other odds and ends while you are there. The staff remain professional, even when you are in the wrong. Well set out and it is clear where to go when you want something specific.
Such a clean store and really well stocked. Love the selections of watches and the jewellery/hair accessory range!
Echoing the review that the staff are very grumpy and appear unhappy. Lady at checkouts scowled at me and looked disgusted as I tried to navigate the tight area with a pram as I apologised for my mere presence.
