Went there the other weekend after trying on so many jeans at different stores. Feeling a bit defeated and with no expectations I asked the most wonderful ladies for help, withing 30 seconds I was shown two options and the changing rooms! Both fit well and I fell in love with their curvy option. I could not have dreamed of a better experience while shopping

Today I was served by the wonderful Michelle. She helped my partner with buying new jeans and helped me replace a pair I had purchased prior with a faulty zipper.
Have ben trying to call now over 30 mins no answer are they closed Mondays at 12pm it's 4.30 and I have been ringing store for 4 and a half hours NO ANSWER disgusting for retail
We walked in and there was an older lady complaining to a younger girl about the way the jeans were stocked, didn't even acknowledge us but very awkward

I have been chasing a pair of jeans for months and found the last pair at the Bairnsdale store . The beautiful Amy from this store went above and beyond and sent these jeans to me. She was absolutely amazing and her service is second to none. Couldn't recommend her service and store more. I have been dealing with Jeans West for over 30 years and couldn't be more satisfied. All staff are very friendly, but Amy takes the cake.
