Extremely bad customer service. Interrogated me when I walked into the shop about my jacket and kept going on about it, and then the sales assistant rudely told me off for walking behind the counter instead of going the long way around. There was no ample room to move and I wanted to try on a knit. I left the knit back on the rack and left. The customer service was disgraceful, so I went to Glue store and spent my money there. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
The staff member, I think her name was Lilah, was absolutely amazing and helpful. I was unsure of some items but she really helped my choose the perfect things and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back for more! Thanks girls
Went to exchange my birthday gift and had the worst experience possible. The store manager and the staff were least helpful and very intimidating. It almost made me feel guilty of being there. Never going there again. Also the products were very average, oversized in length, overpriced and also had holes in the pocket :. Can't think of one positive thing to say about them. Bad Customer Service, Bad Products.
Really good experience! friendly customer service with the store person helping to find the right size while I was in the fitting room and then calling other stores for one particular item which was able to be sent from another store to my home address. The clothes are great good range of sizing and the service was super friendly and helpful!
