If I could give 0 star i would give 0,, went there today  first of all the shop was closed , my husband and I was waiting for a while. Finally someone came back and open the shop, she was on her phone talking to her language, didn’t even acknowledge us. We asked for her assistance, but she wasn’t helpful at all , she was just in a hurry to go back on her phone, her English was horrible, we could not understand what she was telling us. Will never go there , very disappointed. We bought suits in the past at Bossini Geelong , but never received such a bad service. I guess we will take our business to another store from now on

The new manager was the most helpful person I have ever met. She made recommendations and helped out. Was helpful. I just thought she was awesome. Thanks for helping my Dad. You are just amazing!!!!!

Awful customer service. The worst experience ever!  They sold me faulty fade color stuff, I went back after the day I bought to figure out but couldn’t get refund.  Wowwwww
