Went in store today and was greeted by a very lovely lady. The store was very clean and had so many pretty items to choose from that were on trend! I walked out a very happy customer and feeling good about myself. I will definitely be returning!

Sizing runs small so you can't buy anything without trying it on unlike pretty much every store. This would be fine if it weren't for the terrible changing rooms. The curtains cannot be fully closed, I tried several- in one changing room I couldn't pull it even nearly closed, the gap was like 6 inches. All they would have to do is put hooks on the sides but I won't be going back there because it is absolutely ridiculous.
I tried on several garments recently and despite at least 2 people working in store not one came to offer any assistance or ask how i was going for size etc. After buying 5 garments for over $200 all at full price i returned one after 3 days of purchase as i felt what id paid was above its poor quality worth so yes i had a change of mind. So i returned to the store only to find out they don't refund for change of mind but only give store credit... Needless to say their poor customer service and there policies i will no longer be making any more purchases there.
extremely rude and make unnecessary comments about their costumers i.g size shaming which is downright disgusting and disrespectful. do better.
Disgusting customer service. I bought a top 3 days ago and tried to return as it didn't fit. Tags still attached a had receipt with me. Was told it smelled strongly of perfume and was refused a store credit. I did not put perfume on while trying this top on. Was made out as if I had worn it. A see-through top with tags still attached.... Staff member was rude and made me out to be a liar. Refused to let me speak to the Manager as she was 'eating her lunch'. They should be ashamed at how they treat customers.
Would give less than one star if I could! Poor quality and poor service. Purchased a top last Tuesday to wear to a concert on the Saturday. When I went to put the top on, one of the straps completely broke! was already in a hotel so had to safety pin the strap - and then walking to the concert, the other strap broke! Despite having a receipt, the tags, and the top being immaculate, staff keep refusing any sort of refund / exchange, "because I wore it" - which is completely out of line with the Australian Consumer Affairs laws.
Garments are poorly made and overpriced. Dont change your mind on a product that doesnt fit properly, as the store does not honour their returns policy!
